Sony surprises PlayStation Plus subscribers on PS4 and PS5 with a free extension. The Christmas rearview mirror is in the mirror and the holiday season is approaching. This week, Sony revealed that it will get free PS Plus Games subscribers in January, and this is the best lineup of PS4 and PS5 games. In addition to free games, some subscribers also receive free extensions in their emails. Unfortunately, this payout is not only limited but also completely random.
If you don’t already have one, check your email and make sure it’s associated with your PlayStation Plus account. Sony started sending emails to selected users with a free 10-day extension. We don’t know why this happens. We don’t know how users are selected or how many users are selected or whether payment is still in progress or has been completed. Since Sony hasn’t said a word about the draw, we don’t have any information. As PlayStation Plus subscribers have started to report receiving emails with extensions to Reddit, Twitter and elsewhere, we only know of their existence.
What we do know is that to enter this giveaway you must be a PlayStation subscriber and both allow promotional emails from your account. Many subscribers have disabled this feature because they don’t want their emails to be confused with PlayStation advertising emails. It makes sense, but as a result you will miss out on opportunities like this.
