Happy birthday, 2022! I went to the New Year’s Eve party organized by the City Hall of Sector 3, where Manuel Riva, Puya and Carla’s Dreams sang

The City Hall of Sector 3 in the Capital organized the New Year’s Eve 2022 outdoors, an event that started at 22.00 with a game of lasers in Alexandru Ioan Cuza Park (IOR) where thousands of people participated. Mayor Robert Negoiţă, the organizer of the show, gave a speech in which he wished the Romanians a better year.

Manuel Riva, Puya and Carla’s Dreams sang at this show.

After the reverse numbering, a magnificent fireworks show was organized, which has not been seen in Bucharest for two years. Lake Titan was illuminated with blue, yellow and red lasers after the Romanian Tricolor.

Admission to the event was free. The only condition of the organizers was to wear a protective mask and keep their distance. Law enforcement officers were stationed at the entrance to the park to make sure all spectators were wearing masks. If most of the spectators were able to follow the first recommendation of the organizers, unfortunately the crowd could not be prevented.

In Europe’s major capitals, New Year’s Eve outdoor parties have been canceled due to the spread of the Omicron variant.
