A man, identified as Arlin Maciel e Silva, was found dead inside his truck, this Friday afternoon (31), in Ponta Porã, 313 km from Campo Grande. The vehicle was parked in front of the victim’s house. Fire Department was fired, but arriving at the scene identified that the man was already lifeless.
The case took place in the southern region of the city that borders Paraguay. According to information from the Fire Department, about nine firearm shells were scattered outside the man’s vehicle. According to the record of the occurrence, the victim had several marks of perforation on the body.
The victim’s wife, who was at the couple’s residence at the time of the murder, informed the police team that she had heard the shots. She didn’t see any suspects, as per the record.
Police and forensic teams were called in and the case is still under investigation at the First Civil Police Precinct of Ponta Porã.
